Recipes for Baby Food

There are good recipes for baby food in the market. Some good baby recipes are:


Natural Fruit Jelly


    Ingredients:

    3/4 cup of cloudy apple juice (no preservatives or chemicals) or freshly squeezed orange juice

    1/4 cup of fresh cooled boiled water

    1 teaspoon gelatin


    Method:

    Mix gelatin into water and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Stir in natural fruit juice and leave to chill in the fridge until set.

    Babies love this all natural, tasty and colorful treat.



Banana Smoothie:

    Ingredients:

    1 and a half cup of fresh orange juice with no preservatives or freshly squeezed

    1 large banana


    Method:

    Blend banana and juice well. Strain and place in baby's bottle or cup. A refreshing drink for baby that is nutritious as well.



Creamy Rice:

    Ingredients:

    1/4 cup of rice

    1 cup of boiled water

    milk


    Method:

    Cook rice in water until creamy. Add extra milk in to desired consistency. Add honey, mashed banana or yohurt if needed.



Creamy Oats:

    Ingredients:

    half cup natural oats

    1 cup milk or water

    1 ripe mashed banana

    yoghurt


    Method:

    Mix oats and milk or water and boil for 5 minutes, stirring well. Add mashed banana and yoghurt or stewed apples or pears into oats mixture. Serve when cooled down a bit.
